Ryan Spackman, P.E. Brings 15 years of first-hand Experience with solving Challenges for Communities

Employee-owned civil engineering firm, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. (R/M), is excited to announce the addition of Ryan Spackman, P.E. as the Office Manager in charge of leading civil engineering for their Kenosha, Wisconsin location.

R/M’s clients in Southeastern Wisconsin will benefit from Spackman’s more than 15 years of experience in water, wastewater, and municipal engineering. Spackman brings a first-hand understanding of the challenges that water and wastewater departments must overcome, having served as the Director of Water Production for the Kenosha Water Utility and Senior Project Manager for Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD). Spackman also contributes public works engineering skills gained from his roles with the Cities of Kenosha, Wisconsin and Portland, Oregon.

Spackman earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and is a licensed professional engineer. He is certified as a Municipal Waterworks Operator for surface water and distribution and is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
