Green Bay Area Public School
Project Description
In both 2020 and 2021, R/M was contracted to provide construction administration and review for six Green Bay Area Public School District schools as pavement improvements were performed. Due to the success of the projects, the school district had R/M complete design for six additional schools in 2022.
These projects included the repaving and additions of small parking lots, storm sewer work, and under-drain work. R/M assisted with the coordination of the installation of playground equipment, basketball hoops, and fencing across the school grounds.
During the course of the project, it was found that some subgrade and subsurface water drain issues had not been identified during the design process. R/M worked to mitigate those issues to ensure long-term success of the pavement improvement. Our team coordinated schedules, payments, and communications with schools and staff regarding construction.
