(R/M) provided SCADA System PLC programming for both the wastewater and drinking water treatment facilities for the City of Waupun, WI. R/M developed the controls and operator interface for the systems. R/M also provided startup technical services for the SCADA system as well as the plant process equipment and instrumentation.

The upgrade to the SCADA system that controls these facilities changed the communication method from telephone lines to a spread spectrum radio system. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) were implemented at each site as the core of the SCADA monitoring system.
