Our Successes
Village of Bonduel
The Village of Bonduel sought to leverage grant money to open the northeast quadrant of the STH 47/29 intersection. Although development in the area has been relatively slow, key infrastructure is in place to allow for affordable access to developable industrial land in the village.
R/M assisted the Village in obtaining $1,000,000 in EDA grant money for the estimated $1,500,000 project. The Village acquired 30 acres of land and created 11 lots. The project included the construction of approximately 3,700 feet of watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, roads, and site grading.
