The Summit of Bettendorf, a WellSpire community, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to promote healthy living and offer a range of senior care options, including independent and assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, memory support, and long-term care. Partnering with WesleyLife and Genesis Health System, The Summit was developed to provide residents with not only top-tier care but also access to a variety of amenities that enhance daily life. Located conveniently near local attractions, residents enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere, complemented by beautiful architecture and thoughtful design.
Axiom Consultants, a Ruekert & Mielke Company, provided civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering services for the construction of Speedy Mike’s Car Wash in North Liberty, Iowa. Working closely with the ownership group, Axiom ensured that their needs were met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The collaboration involved detailed coordination to integrate specialty equipment and supplies essential to the car wash’s high-tech operations.
Located at the historic corner of Main Street and Third Street in downtown Cedar Falls, this project transformed the former Wells Fargo Bank into a modern three-story building. The development included 7,500 square feet of commercial space with a drive-through on the ground level, and over 15,000 square feet of office space on the upper floors. The project enhanced the character of the area while aligning with community feedback, with the design documents successfully submitted to the City of Cedar Falls.
The Galena Territory Association (GTA) Marina and Pavilion redesign project is a years-long effort finally come to fruition. The GTA has been strategically planning to redesign its campus for over 5 years and, with the help of our partner, Legat Architects, our comprehensive A/E team completed an incredible design for the association developing a new building for both the existing Marina and Pavilion locations as well as an overall campus redesign.
Axiom Consultants provided full-service design and engineering for the new City of Silvis Public Works and Fire Station in for the City of Silvis, Illinois. This facility combined the much-needed additional bays and storage for Silvis Public Works with a new Fire Station to serve the north side of Silvis.
The Field Day Brewing Company is the culmination of two years of integrated design between Axiom Consultants, Slingshot Architects, Hodge Construction, and the FDBC ownership group.
